Urban poor residents of Boeung Kok Lake are counter-sued by the authority

Is it a travesty of justice in Cambodia? While the urban poor residents of Boeung Kok Lake were terribly forced to leave their home and their homes were violently destroyed by the authority, they file a legal complain tot he municipal court, but now the authority is counter-suing them on the complain of defamation? Buddha mentioned that peace is justice, peace without justice is not peace; and justice is justice, no one can ruin justice by playing with it.
